
The Chief of Naval (CNS) is the most senior serving officer of the Nigerian Navy. The Chief of Naval Staff is appointed by the Commander-in-Chief and the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Chief of Naval (CNS) reports to the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS).
