Pasts and Present Comptroller General of Nigeria Customs Service

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) was established in 1958. It was previously under the supervision of Ministry of Interior (also known as the Ministry of Internal Affairs).

 

Presently this paramilitary  agency is under the jurisdiction of Nigeria Ministry of Finance. Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) primary responsibilities are collection of customs revenue and anti smuggling.
